  • 1.  DX PM and present more than 225 charts

    Posted Jan 06, 2021 12:15 PM
    Hello,

The IM On-Demand/Multi-Metric Trend Report is limited to 225 charts max.

Is there any parameter where I can change this limitation?

    Thank you.

    Best regards

Note: the more charts you ask for, the greater resource requirement you'll have on PC/DM and DA/DR.

    mysql> replace into netqosportal.general values ('OnDemand.MaxTotalChartSelected.Limit', 'new value');

    Reload edit dialog.

    Jeffrey,

    Thank you!

I understand what you mean regarding resources..

Do you know if there is a way to quick filter the graphics?

For example, the situation I have need in the present is to have a view showing all interfaces Bits In / Bits Out KPIs.. but having something to filter the Interfaces I show (for example: filter by alias and only present the graphics for these interfaces. I don't need all the interfaces)

Anyway you see this possible? Any suggestion?

    Thank you.

Use groups / rules.  And use the group in the on-demand view config.

The problem is that I need this to be done at device context level..

I need to show the graphics for all the interface Bits In / Out KPIs on a particular device, filtering the graphics by the interface If Alias. (to show only the interfaces on the device that matters)

Anyway you see this could be done?

    Thank you.

Sorry, we don't have any config option to filter the interfaces of a device context page view for graph views.

If it was a table per item, there would be the quick filter they could enter what to filter after the first X rows loaded.  But no quick filter for charts.
