    HI ,

     

    Recently i am facing an issue while logging on Spectrum web one click application.After few minutes of my session it automatically gets logged off without any notice.

     

    Please find the attached file for the error.

     

    Also when i checked the logs on one click web applications its showing following log:

     

    • 16/12/2015 9:39:17 PM - SPC-OCA-10603: User xxxxx has been logged off from host 10.33.79.13 (10.33.79.13) because its web server session timed out. This means the web server has not received a request from the OneClick client in 3 minute(s). Possible causes: the client process was killed, the client process is hung, or a network problem is preventing access to the web server.

    Please give your suggestions.

    Hi Deepak,

     

    Have you looked at OneClick Client Inactivity setting in the OC Administration web page?

    It would also help a lot to give decent titles/topic names instead of just 'Spectrum'!
