Does it kick off the Java App download? At what point does it fail? if it fails to download the Java app what is the error in the details tab of the error?

    Hi,

No error is coming. Just initiating java and it keeps on running. No error or message is appearing.

    Hi,

I am seeing the same problem sometimes, too, but have no solution. So it would be nice if anybody has an possible solution or workaround for us. :)

As described by rkalidh87, I do not see any error message, java crash or any other unexpected behavior on the system (no error message in catalina.out/std.out). But the OC Client does not open.

    Thanks!

What version of java are you using?

    Maybe this will help:

    1.  removing old instances of java

    2.  clearing the java cache

    3.  turning on the web start debug if it gets that far -> open the java control panel -> go to "Advanced" and under "Debugging" turn on 'Enable Tracing' and 'Enable Logging'.  Under Java Console, turn on the 'Show Console'.

    4.  Are other users able to launch the OneClick GUI?  What version of Spectrum are you using?

    Cheers

    Jay

    Hi rkhalidh87,

Problem OC specific(for all users in OC) or issue in one specific box?

    Thanks,

    Lakshmi.

Have you got a chance to try the steps suggested by Jay?

Does the debug console shows any errors?

Is this not working on only one windows 7 box or all windows 7 boxes

This would the problem with Java or Internet Options

You need to compare the working one Internet options with non working one.

    Regards

    Sunny
