  • 1.  Configuring NetQoS UCM as a data source in CAPC?

NetQoS UCM 3.2.32 (most likely need to upgrade to 3.5)
CAPC 2.2.3 (about to upgrade to 2.3)

Can someone point me to the document that specifically talks about enabling the NetQoS UCM side for access by CAPC? I have searched high and low and I'm not landing on it. I do not need to know how to setup a data source in CAPC as I have that in place and disabled until I have the other end, UCM, ready.

We are still on version 3.2.32 of NetQoS UCM and I suspect I will need to upgrade to 3.5 for that feature, among many other reasons. I just need the document so I know what all needs to be done.

    Thanks

You need to be at, at least 3.3 to add UCM as a Data Source with CAPC.

However you should check the CAPC Release Notes for your specific version of CAPC to see which Data Sources versions are supported.

Also we would recommend going to UCM 3.5 as its the latest release.

As far as adding UCM to CAPC, just go to the "Admin->Data Sources" page in CAPC and click "Add" at the bottom of the screen, then change the "Source Type" drop down to "Unified Communications Monitor" and enter your server details as prompted.

The UCM Installation Guide has all of the port requirements for linking up with CAPC:
