If we are getting ticket tagging issue from spectrum end, so please share the steps which we need to perform.
we are getting below error.
"SPC-OCC-10262:Error launching
serviceDesk/createTicket?alarmId
com.aprisma.spectrum.app.sd.servlet.ServiceDeskServlet.Ticket"
1) All notifer is working properly from MLS server
2) service desk configuration tab from spectrum > administrator tab also connect suscusfully
Now current from DR end ticket are tagged properly.
NOTE: Service desk and spectrum are integrated
Please suggest on the same.
