ticket tagging issue from spectrum

Hello Team,

 

If we are getting ticket tagging issue from spectrum end, so please share the steps which we need to perform.

 

we are getting below error.

 

"SPC-OCC-10262:Error launching

serviceDesk/createTicket?alarmId

com.aprisma.spectrum.app.sd.servlet.ServiceDeskServlet.Ticket"

 

1) All notifer is working properly from MLS server

2) service desk configuration tab from spectrum > administrator tab also connect suscusfully

 

Now current from DR end ticket are tagged properly.

 

NOTE: Service desk and spectrum are integrated

 

Please suggest on the same.

You are not coherent in explaining the problem. I did not understand what the problem is. Please rephrase it.

Hello,

 

1) In spectrum 9.4 we have integrated service desk 14.

2) From spectrum one click we are unable to get service desk call log but having one more backup oneclick it has working properly. But we are unable to get ticket tagged from current oneclick producation. We are getting error(Attached on the case)

I thing the issue is not happening from service desk because we are getting ticket tagged from DR setup.

 

Any more update from spectrum end.
