User Tags missing from alarms..?

I have 7 hubs that are coming into the alarm console with no User Tags. The main domain hub, has a user tag in an alarm from 10:15 this morning, but not from 6:26 this morning. I am puzzled as to why these user tags are not showing at all in some cases and erractic in another. I am attaching two screenshots that show the problem.

I may be wrong about this, but I do not think it is erratic...at least based on what I see in the screenshots. It looks like all of the alarms that are missing the user tags are the ones from the hub probe. I think the user tags are added by the spooler, and the hub can probably post alarms without hitting the spooler. On a robot that is running the hub, I believe the hub performs the job of the spooler, but the alarms from the hub may still bypass the usual spooler logic used with other incoming alarms.

If this is the case, how do you get a user tag from a hub?

Hi Gordon,

 

Either use a LUA script to set the user tag in on-arrival fashion or use origin field itself on hub.
