Hi all.
I have an environment with one ALARMNOTIFIER application associated to one POLICE with 2 rules. The first rule send all alarms to my email with no age time and the second rule send email to a Ticket Management Tool with 30 minutes of age time. After one month I've discovered that the age time of second rule not works if the fist rule exists.
There is a tech tip teaching how to use more than one rule with different age time https://communities.ca.com/thread/100953024?q=AGE%20TIME but it not works to me.
Anyone faced the same problem before?
