Unable to start Nimbus service

Unable to start nimbus services when i am trying to start it it is saying that Error in NT-Servstart

You may check:

1.Check if the Nimsoft root directory and all sub-directories excluded from being scanned by Anti-Virus software.
2.Restart nimsoft robot watcher from Windows Service.
3.Check controller log(at loglevel 5) if there is any error message. e.g. port already in use, SessionConnect failed and etc.
4.Search the error message from our knowledge base:

compare the files in the $\nimsoft folder to those of a working robot. 
quickest fix may be to 
1 make a backup copy of the nimsoft folder
2 run the robot installer, setup of existing probes should be retained.

Also make sure that the account running the nimbus service has the authority to run a service. 

Rerun the installer too - seen some instances where some creative configuration of group and user policies results in a broken install even though all looks good. Especially when there are domain policies applied as well as local.
