Installation Docker Compose CentOs >8

Dear members, good afternoon, could someone share with me some information for installing the compose docker in centOS 8.
I made countless attempts at installation, and apparently even having done the installation at some point that I want to see the version I have no results, as if the package had not been installed.

I am not following what you are trying to accomplish here. docker is not installed on a gateway appliance.
