Just starting out on $U Support

 

Can anyone advice me on error below please and how to resolve:-

 

 

Connecting Reporter Server on host localhost, port 9995 ...

Get report definition "reportprod_v1_SAP.conf" from Reporter Server

Get ERP file "erpfile.var" from Reporter Server

COMPANY=TDGPRD, AREA=X
No valid license for node usapci_RG (skipping this node)
No valid license for node ucanton (skipping this node)

ERROR :
uxreport command ended with error code 22

Hi,

 

First, it seems that you are using a very old version of Reporter. (v1... released something like 10 years ago)

 

In that version I think you needed to have 1 Reporter license for each Dollar Universe node (not sure if the license had to be on the Reporter or on the remote node). I think this is the problem here.

 

Which version of Dollar Universe are you using? If you are using version 5.3 or above, I recommend to upgrade reporter.
