Our team is experimenting more with emailing content into the communities. I understand how to use vCards and know that file attachments cannot be processed over vCard submission. I also know that attachments from email can be processed using the Outlook plugin.
My new requirement is to do the following: Send an email into a community as a 'Document' and then force it into a specific category. Can inbound emails be organized into specific categories (or tags)?
Getting the To: address from the vCard is simple but how do I direct the email into specific categories or tags?
