A question from our Asia-Pacific/Japan Support engineers, who service a lot of foreign language clients and sites.
"What is the direction of the CA Communities to support our customers in their native language?"
Our existing policy has been to run an "English only" board - and that is my answer for now.
How will incorporation of our overseas clients be handled? Would they post to the same Communities? Would we set up dedicated language Communities for them? (Allowing that some languages may have a critical mass and others not in different products.)
