    Hi CA Team,

     

    It seems that I am unable to mark posts that I find helpful in threads that I have not created. Ok, I can like something, but that's not quite the same.

     

    Is there a way to mark a post as helpful when you are not the thread author? I have seen CA staff have this ability.

     

    Also, related to feedback. I can see who liked the initial post in a thread, but I don't see a way to see who liked the replies. Am I missing something here?
