Error: File Validation Error - unsupported format

    Hello Everyone,

     

    FYI only.

     

    The following error occurred while attempting to "upload a picture to a Discussion thread:

     

    File validation error: The file you have selected is an invalid video file or in an unsupported format: codec 'unknown'

    Root cause was clicking on the "Insert Video" instead of "Insert Picture" link in the Editor.
