I've noticed that there are a large number of "Open Questions" that are "Unanswered."
"This question is Not Answered.(Mark as assumed answered)"
In my Service Management Community, there are 2,500 posts in this state, going back to ***2008***.
There are a few hundred in the Expert Forums.
I think that we can assume that a lot of these old posts, aren't active.
Can we, should we, draw a line in the sand and say "All posts prior to Jan 1 2014 should be flagged as 'Assumed Answered'?"
The problem that I am trying to solve, is that I would like to be able to only work with genuine "unanswered" posts. I would also like to be able to go to the oldest posts first, as they're the ones that I need to spend the time on first.
If the answer to this is "yes" (For the Communities I manage), then can we script it? I could manually go and fix it myself but (a) it would take a long time and (b) I'd get unfairly points rich by flagging all of these old posts.
