Calculation behind Leaf story count vs Leaf story plan estimate

Hi, 

i am trying hard to interpret one of the pie charts for investment types we need to use in the team.
We use a predefined field of AGGREGATION TYPE and there is a difference between parameters LEAF STORY COUNT (A) and LEAF STORY PLAN ESTIMATE TOTAL (B) .

The Same Project and Same Query is used for both, but the divisor differs for some reason (A chart gives 13 in total comparing B chart ends
with 28 in total). Yes, some of the user stories are estimated with ZERO storypoints, but they are calculated within both charts, that doesn't lead to explanation at all.

Leaf Story Count is the number of stories under the portfolio item, while Leaf Story Plan Estimate is the number of points on those stories. The points can be found in the Plan Estimate field on each user story. In your screenshot there are a total of 13 stories under the portfolio items with a total of 28 points on them.

Thanks a lot. Very easy explanation.
I see our trouble now.
We have one big feature splitted within two teams (both works on the same rally project).
But the this chart on the team level ignores all user stories of this feature completely.
Its not a defect, its a feature, right.
So, we need to survive with Chart not on Team but on Project level only.
