Licensing question

How does licensing work if the principle use of Ghost is using a Ghost created WinPE bootable USB to clone a hard drive for backup?

Is it the same as any other license?  Meaning, in this case, one license per backup created?

I read that page, but that doesn't quite cover the question I am asking.  Because if that were true for the question I asking, then we would have to pay for a license for each backup we made even if we never used that backup again.

If you clone a PC, you need a license. Simple as that. Doesn't mean you don't need one if you only use it once.

If you need further clarification, then the Symantec licensing department can be contacted. But the document is quite clear.
