I made a copy with the ghost  and it did not fail, I check it with the ghost explorer and I can see it without problems.
The problem is when I pass it to the computer to restore it, it asks me for a ghs file that I have not created at any time and therefore I can not restore that copy.
There is some way to recover the files without the ghs, it is urgent since they are the data of a client.

How big is the GHO file?  If it is >4Gb, are you deploying from a local NTFS drive?

Also, you do not mention what version of Ghost you are using. Older versions of Ghost cannot handle deployment of a file >2Gb from a network share.

Remember that when dealing with a problem, especially when urgent, it is VERY important to supply as much information as you can. The version of Ghost is very important, also the version of operating system you are deploying to, and increasingly, whether your bios is set to UEFI or the MBR legacy configuration.

If you are restoring from a USB-3 drive installed in a USB-3 port, and are using Win PE, do you have the correct drivers loaded in Win PE to allow access to the USB-3 port ?   If you have a USB-2 port, try that instead.

If it opened with ghost explorer It sounds like it has all that is needed.   Or when you opened it with ghost explorer it was still on the server with the .GHO and the GHS files all in the same folder.

Did you copy the .gho file to an external drive to do the restore and just need to copy the .ghs files to that same external drive?

As a best practice I would recomend making each ghost image in it's own folder.   If you make all your images in the same folder and call them all simular names like dellwin10master12_18    then the .ghs files likely will be over writing each other when the name gets trunkated.    It is possible you have created another image in the same folder that has a close enough name that the .ghs files from the first image are over written with the nex image.
