BO SPECTRUM error FW 20031 error when accessing

our BO spectrum is changing the following error message when accessing

 

- Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'boreport:6400'. The CMS on machine 'boreport' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)

 

-  log file error_boe_cmsd6400.log

 

33007 SAP BusinessObjects BI platform CMS: Unable to connect to the CMS system database ""BI4_CMS_DSN_1457622010"". Reason: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]Database server not found

35101 The root server reported an error Initialization Failure. (Reason: SAP BusinessObjects BI platform CMS: Unable to connect to the CMS system database ""BI4_CMS_DSN_1457622010"". Reason: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]Database server not foundSAP BusinessObjects BI platform CMS: Unable to connect to the CMS system database ""BI4_CMS_DSN_1457622010"". Reason: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]Database server not found CDatabase::Open failure. ).

 

we understand that the sqlanywhere database is not going up.

 

Someone has a workaround other than resettlement.
