    Hi,

    I have recently got access to Topaz Workbench to create offline project. I am the first time user and would like to find information about how I can create offline project and set up the IDE to run a Cobol program in Topaz Workbench.        Do you know if there is any step by step guide available?

    I'm not able to immediately see how this question is related to any CA products.  Please let us know which CA products it applies to so we can move it to the appropriate community.
