iXp issues

Morning All,

First time installing iXp and run into a few issues ,  which might be an easy fix,  but I'm scratching my head here ...

I have it all set up but ,  

Active Instances:
UAT
Disabled Instances:
PRD
Instances Not Reporting:

cant do any sendevents 
Error
endevent successes:0/1
s-ops-servers-c:CAUAJM_E_10046 Could not open file: /opt/CA/WorkloadAutomationAE/autouser.UAT/config.UAT
CAUAJM_E_50032 Environment/Configuration setup failed!

Matt,

Where are you installing iXp? Both UAT and PROD on the same box?

If so, ensure the following things:

The autouser for both instance exists on the box and the path provided in the admin utility with their DB credentials are correct.

Also ensure the permissions and owner/group is autosys:autosys.

One new thing I found on SP8 is, when a change is made in the admin utility, you have to restart tomcat.

yep I've installed ixp on one box,  (prd)  but it gives you the option to set up another instance so I have put UAT down ,   so basically i need to get the path /opt/CA/WorkloadAutomationAE/autouser.UAT  on there some how

Yes copy autouser directory from UAT to this Prod box and reference the path in the admin utility tool.
