Migration to REFRESH Data

I am migrating from 11.3 to 12.2 using migrate.bat.  I have migrated previously and need to "refresh" the data.

 

All of the artifacts migrated successfully.  Now when I try to start the server service in the new 12.2 environment it starts and then stops.  The error log states it cannot connect to the D-Series v12 scheduling server. 

 

Prior to re-migrating all worked fine.

I see from the documentation the FK error will be received if workloads have been previously executed on the server.  I have ran previous loads against the server and now only need to REFRESH the data.  Do I need to drop and recreate the database to refresh the data?

We need to look at the server logs to know what is causing the problem. I would request you to open a ticket for this to proceed further.
