Can I switch Rally Software Version Views?

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and excited to join. I have been using Rally for 6 years now and recently a coworker showed me how to switch my view so the menu etc is on the left side of the page. I like this version however, my teammates still use the other version where the menu items display across the top of the page. Is there a way for me to switch the version I have, I can't seem to find any info around this and it's annoying when I'm trying to help someone new to Rally and my view is completely different than theirs and I don't know how to change either way. Welcome to the community !

The new menu you're using is what we call: "Personalized Navigation Mode". You can read more about it here. 
Yes, you can turn it off and go back to Classic Mode. To do that, click on your avatar -> Personalized Navigation, then uncheck the checkbox.
