CA PM Rest API access denied

Hi,

I need assistance from team regarding issue that I occur for my CA PM Rest API.

I getting error:

for API URL https://plgsascs5635001.r1-core.r1.aig.net:8182/pc/center/webservice/devices

this API is part of my Spectrum Discovery script that query and create a seed file for CA PM device.
Need help how can I fix the issue to allow back the API is back accessible for spectrum run the script.

You should stop publishing sensitive data online. 

403 means it’s not authorized. Check the provided authentication details between the two systems.

PC web services can only be accessed with PM local administrator accounts.

Make sure user is not external and it's in Administrator role.
