 Error: E121000 Email template - Value is required

I understand that the use of notification Email templates is optional, however I get "Error: E121000 Email template - Value is required" when trying to enable Notification services for a job. I have the Notification, Default email address, Alarm types and Message fields populated. Not sure why a template is required. Could you please help me with this?

Email template field is required to send a notification based on "Alarm type". For Alarm type notification template should be used instead of message.

I'm not sure on this, my experience is that either a template OR message is required, and can't use both. You have Message completed so it should not require a template.
I have many jobs configured like yours with only email address and message (and others which use template instead), and do not see that error.
