CA spectrum to ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP API for alarm creation

Hi Team,

Hope all are doing well.

Here is my question, i need to integrate ServiceNow with CA Spectrum in order to receive alarms from CA spectrum to ServiceNow, is there any way that CA spectrum can consume ServiceNow API and when any alarm gest triggered, it push same to ServiceNow?

I know there is direct e-bonding available using One-Click but i am looking for alarm transfer using REST API or SOAP API
