How do you use CA Communities and any suggestions for others? I help answer questions using my knowledge and experience. I’d like to be able to use it to share best practice, so I can learn from other organisations how they’ve implemented Service Virtualisation, and all the processes and tools around it.
Mac or PC? PC
Mobile Device? I don’t have a mobile ‘phone.
Apps/software/tools you can’t live without? The only thing I can’t live without at work is…Post-it notes. I organize my world using these!
Besides your phone and computer, what's your favorite gadget? I don’t own any gadgets.
What’s your daily work space like? Minimal. I have a photo of my wife, a pen and a stack of Post-it notes
How do you balance life/work? I have a simple method – I arrive and leave at the same times each day, and I leave my work at work.
Best advice you can give and you have received? All situations are temporary. This can be easy to forget when you’re caught up in something, and it helps to remember that the situation will pass.
What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else? Optimization.
