Hi Mahesh

You can find the Windows 14.1.04 Value Pack which it includes Service Catalog Product

Individual Product Owners(Clients) should download and they can Install the windows Value pack 14.1.04

CA Service Catalog Product Page:

Hi All,

The 14.1.04 value pack is not available under CA Service Catalog product but then only available under "CA Service Management Service Desk Manager Package - MULTI-PLATFORM". Is this deliberate or are we missing something.

Individual product owners (clients) who are well versed with old terminology (Service Catalog) would not be able to find the latest value pack.

Any suggestions?
