Unable to run Web agent uninstaller due to some dependency to the JDK. Following KB outline manual steps to uninstall IIS web agent.

I just rereviewed. Looks like the pain points are fixed. Good Job! Something recall being asked a lot when i was at CA. i'm sure this will be a great help!

Thanks for pointing out. I do think point 6 is a bit confusing but thought of users will read till finish before they take action. I will change the sequence to make it logical and also cover the modules, handlers mapping and ISAPI filters

there's some issues...

 

step 6 should be step 2. steps 2 through 5 should all be one higher. step two should be the unconfigure through wizard.

 

there's also issues in that step 6 only mentions the virtual folder.

what about the modules? the handlers? the filters?

 

this is an incomplete article that will lead to needing to reinstall IIS.
