Broadcom Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Updated January 2026
The Broadcom Rewards Program operates under the terms and conditions as set out below unless otherwise expressly stated (the “Program Rules”). The Program Rules govern Broadcom's relationship with members of the Broadcom Rewards Program (collectively, “Broadcom Rewards Members,” and individually, a “Rewards Member,” “Member,” or “you”), including how Members manage their accounts, achieve various membership status, and earn and redeem Loyalty Program points (“Points”).
All Loyalty Program benefits, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by Broadcom at any time without notice.
General membership in the Broadcom Rewards Program is available to employees of Broadcom customers who are at least eighteen (18) years old and who provide valid and accurate personal information when enrolling. Once enrolled into the Program, you will enter at the member status level and are entitled to the rewards and benefits of membership as set out herein or in promotional materials. Each individual may have only one Broadcom Rewards account.
Broadcom may terminate duplicate accounts, non-Broadcom customer accounts, inactive accounts (no activity in the last 12 months), fraudulent or suspicious per our discretion without prior notice.
Members must maintain only one active Broadcom Rewards Program membership at any point to earn and redeem points. You may delete your Broadcom Rewards account at any time. If you delete your account, you will no longer earn points or be able to redeem points, and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired points. Deletion of account is final and cannot be reversed. To delete your account, please click on ‘Please remove me from the program’ located at the bottom of this webpage.
Members must sign up for the Broadcom Rewards Program using their Broadcom Okta SSO, which may be registered under a generic or corporate email address. However, members must provide a valid corporate email address with their employer during the registration process for Broadcom’s verification purposes. Existing members are also required to provide their valid corporate email when prompted. Failure to do so may result in the deletion of their Broadcom Rewards account.
You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by Broadcom, Broadcom Rewards Program, Participating Properties and Partner Programs, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with Broadcom’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://www.broadcom.com/company/legal/privacy-policy. You consent to receiving marketing communications from the Broadcom Rewards program sent to your registered email address.
All Broadcom Rewards Program benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by Broadcom at any time without notice. Broadcom may terminate the Rewards Program, in whole or in part, with one (1) month's advance notice to all active Broadcom Rewards Members and with less than one months' notice in any jurisdiction if required to do so by applicable law. At Broadcom’s sole discretion, Broadcom may choose to substitute a similar loyalty program for the Broadcom Rewards program at any time immediately upon notice to active Rewards Members. If the Broadcom Rewards Program is terminated, all unredeemed Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no points claims will be honored after the conclusion of the notice period.
Broadcom may at any time amend, modify or supplement these Program Rules, the structure for earning and redeeming Awards (as defined below), with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points, or the ability to obtain certain Awards. “Awards” means any and all awards earned by Members in connection with the Broadcom Rewards Program, including without limitation, Points and Award Redemptions. Broadcom Rewards Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of the Program Rules and any Program Rule Changes. Your continued participation in the Broadcom Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of any such Program Rule Changes.
The tier level of your membership is based on the Points earned and qualified activities in which you participated from January 1 to December 31 each year. If you are a new member, or do not have sufficient points to qualify you to the second membership tier level, your membership tier level will start at the first tier. If you reach the second tier during a Membership Year you will stay at the second membership tier level during the rest of the Membership Year and the following Membership Year. If during the Membership Year you do not accumulate sufficient points to qualify you for the second membership tier level, you will return to the first tier for the following Membership Year.
The annual redemption limit for members whose company is deemed eligible by the Broadcom Ethics and Compliance department is limited to a maximum of $250 USD or 15,000 points (whichever is reached first) per calendar year. Restricted Parties are not eligible to redeem prizes.
Our catalog strictly observes the Broadcom Gifting Policy. If you have any questions or would like to discuss further, please reach out to our Broadcom Rewards admin team on the Messaging Space or directly at broadcom.rewards@broadcom.com.
For your reference, a “Restricted Party” is any of the following:
-
A public official, whether administrative, legislative or judicial, and whether elected or appointed, regardless of rank or function.
-
A personnel of any national, state, provincial, or local government or any department or agency thereof.
- A personnel of any entity that primarily acts as a "systems integrator" through which Broadcom products or services are ultimately sold or provided to a government or any department or agency of the government.
