AI-Powered Chat Interface: Customers can now engage with VeloBrain through an intuitive chat interface, where AI assists in navigating product documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting. This capability simplifies the support process and enables you to resolve issues faster than ever before.

AI-Assisted Troubleshooting: For selected events, VeloBrain will provide AI-assisted troubleshooting to help you quickly diagnose and resolve network issues. This feature is designed to reduce time-to-resolution and minimize the impact of network disruptions on your business.

With the explosion of GenAI-driven traffic, enterprises need better visibility and control over these applications. VeloCloud now includes additional deep packet inspection (DPI) signatures to detect popular GenAI applications automatically. This enables policy-based network management, allowing organizations to monitor usage patterns, enforce firewall and business policies, and ensure optimized network performance for AI-driven workloads.
GenAI Usage Reporting: Data-Driven Insights into AI Adoption
Understanding how and where GenAI is being used is critical for IT and security teams. This release introduces exclusive GenAI reports, providing enterprises with insights into the most-used GenAI applications and top contributors within their network. These reports empower teams to make data-driven decisions about resource allocation, policy enforcement, and security measures surrounding AI applications. This new capability doesn’t require a software update on the edge appliances.
Hostname-Based Application Mapping: Precision in App Identification
As applications increasingly adopt TLS encryption and rely on CDNs, traditional IP and port-based recognition is no longer sufficient. Now by supporting Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs) in the applications map, VeloCloud offers increased flexibility to identify applications. This is particularly valuable for businesses with custom enterprise applications or cloud-hosted services behind CDNs, ensuring accurate traffic classification and policy enforcement even in encrypted environments.
