Hello MICS users,
Based on your feedback I have put together this post that will explain how to use and leverage MICS Communities site to your benefit.
Lets start with some tips how to easily navigate on site. Easiest way how to display everything that is related to MICS is via direct link which presets category to MICS.
From there you can browse all the ideas and raise your voice by voting those that are important for you UP or DOWN which is then used as one of the indicators i consider when i prioritize potential enhancements.
- You need to be registered and logged on to create a new idea.
- You can create new ideas by clicking on Create Idea in the Action menu at the upper right side of the site or via direct link which open an Idea form where you need to fill name and description
- At the bottom of the form you need to assure that CA Mainframe Performance Management is selected as target audience and CA MICS as a category
- Finally just click on Publish and in few minutes the idea will be processed and visible on the site
- How to Vote UP/DOWN an Idea?
- You need to be registered and logged on to vote.
- Afterwards you just need to open an idea you want to vote UP or DOWN and click on the arrow symbols next to the number of votes.
