One of the primary goals of the support teams at CA Technologies is to make knowledge available to our clients, so that they can get the answers to their questions and simple problems at any hour of the day, without needing to open a support case. To that end, our support teams are publishing new articles every week, yet, many of our clients would probably be interested in these new articles without having to wait until a problem occurs and then having to search for an answer.

 

We will post here a list of the articles published during the month, and hope that you will find this helpful. If you have any questions on an article, please feel free to ask a question here in the community, or open a support case if you wish, and we will help you with your question. In addition, if you have a recommendation for a Knowledge Base article, please let us know and we will do our best to create a useful article for you and the rest of our community.
