Waiting for the HCX software updates to initiate download. Ver 4.2.0

    Upon deploying HCX in target site , went through activation successfully. Post which it will try to download Updates from URL below

    But URL keeps changing IP address and download updates is getting stuck, please advice.

    download updated URL - https://hybridity-depot.vmware.com ( - keep changing IPs, got ports enabled on IP were it was trying to reach earlier, but now its again changing IPs frequently and difficult to get ports enabled as IP keeps changing)

    Activation URL - https://connect.hcx.vmware.com ( went through successfully as its IP not changing and got required ports enabled on  the specific IP )

    You have to whitelist the URLs as per the documentation. Update servers are in a CDN so the IP never going to be fixed.
