  • 1.  Update Compute Profile and Resync

    Hi Everyone

    I tried to update my devices and it was not possible, it generated the error:

    Device operation failed for applianceId 8d2484a2-a478-4e72-9b4d-350be3a8cd48 with error Interconnect Service Workflow InterconnectRedeploy failed. Error: Interconnect Appliance redeployment failed. Interconnect Service Workflow InterconnectRedeploy failed. Error: Deployment and configuration of interconnect devices failed. The AllocateResourcesForInterconnectAppliance interconnect service workflow failed. Error: No hosts can be accessed by any selected computer. {}

    I have seen the KB https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/321595/hcx-failure-to-deploy-ix-or-ne-applianc.html.

    but all the advanced settings are correct.

    I checked my environment and found the problem RESGROUP-8436:Compute not found 

    The configuration problem is reported in the computation profile.

    My questions are:
    When resynchronizing the service mesh, the IX interconnects become unavailable and all services (NE,Bulk...)?

    Hello, 

    I am not clear on what you were trying to change in the HCX configuration.  Can you be more specific?
