Windows key misbehavior in Host

I have Ubuntu 24.04 LTS as Host and windows 10  32 bit as guest in VMWorkstation 17. Even when my VM is in exclusive mode the Windows key is navigating to the host instead of minimizing the apps in VM. 

Similarly ALT+ TAB is switching between the host and gust instead of switching between the apps in guest. 

I have tried all the possible solutions like disabling hot keys etc 

Looking a solution.

Please use X11/Xorg mode when logging into the host machine. There should be a gear icon in the bottom right corner of the login screen to select this.
