Windows 11 ARM templates supported?

Hi,

I successfully setup ESXi for ARM on an HPE RL300 Gen 11 server without any issues. 

After creating a windows 11 ARM VM I'm trying to get a template setup however when I go to use the template the vm customization spec doesn't seem to work. The network adapter shows as disconnected even though the template has "Connect At Power On" checked, I believe this is possibly a sysprep issue not sure though. I basically just wanted to check and see if it's even possible for a windows 11 ARM template to work with guest customization before I spend a lot of time troubleshooting. Has anyone gotten this to work?

Windows 11 ARM and Guest Customization are currently not supported on ESXi Arm. Although you may find community discussions or alternative approaches online, VMware has not validated these configurations and cannot provide support or guidance for their use.
