Resolve the problem after removing the SRM plugin
In a web browser, navigate to https://vCenter_Server_name_or_IP/mob.
1. Click Content.
2. Click ExtensionManager.
3. Select and copy the name of the plug-in to remove from the list of values under Properties. For a list of default plugins, see the Additional Information section of this article.
4. Click UnregisterExtension. A new window appears.
5. Paste the key of the plugin and click Invoke Method. This removes the plugin and results in void.
6. Close the window.
7. Access vCenter on putty session
8. Restart the vsphere-ui (service-control --restart vsphere-ui)
9. Check the plugin status. It will showing and opening the SRM from the vCenter.
