I have installed Customized Dell ESXi 8.0.0 Dell R740XD, which installation went ok and ESXi working fine. I have Created a VM for windows 2025 and installed an ISO downloaded from Microsoft. Installation went flowlessly but after about 30 min the first time and 3 hours the second time while I was on the server, it crashes and had Pink error page from ESXi. I have checked the log files and didn't find any information that I can find helpeful with my limited knowledge. The screen shot below:

I have checked the drviers on Dell which updated with the latest version
To rule out the issue is Windows 2025, I have created the second VM and Installed a Windows 2022 Server on this. which this time the installation didn't even compelte.
I have updated the ESXi from 8.0.0 to 8.0.3 with Customized Dell ISO. Tried again to install windows 2022 Server, this time it didn't even reach to any page and immediately crashes with same error. screen shot below

I have contacted and uploaded the log files from IDrac, and they confirmed that this is not a hardware issue. And since Dell didn't install the server, I need to contact Broadcom.
Did anyone had such issue to provide some help on this issue?
Thank you,

Could you please open a support request and attach the VM support bundle?
Also, include the configuration details of the Windows Server 2022/2025 VM, such as the number of CPUs and the type of disk controller used.
