vm cloning issue

hi, everyone

I have the following problem now.

issue : When cloning a virtual machine, the disk of the cloned virtual machine is displayed as the original vmdk.

It is the same as the condition in the kb document of vmware, but the vCenter version is the patched version indicated in the document.

(my vcenter build is 7.0.3 24322018)

 

If you know any other reason , please share it.

Have you tried with latest vCenter 7 also, 7U3v?
