 Unable to download updates - Not Entitled, nor open a case about it

Hi there,

Since few days now : I'm not able to download (any?) version of vSphere, including updates because i'm "not entitled".

First of all : I don't even understand why or what is needed to be "entitled" ?

Second: I obviously try to open a case / reach the support, which always end-up on a loop-end .

(basically, got We could not process your request, please try later all the time when trying to access the case page).

What's going on ?! I never feel so frustrated to not be able to update my (paid) services and not being able to reach the support ?!

EDIT: Long story short, it seems that my account doesn't have a proper Site ID which is the link to our licences/product entitlement.

Funny story : without the Site ID, you cannot access the management case ... to request this Site ID or clarify your own situation.

I had to contact the support via chat (I guess via phone would also be an option), get your Site ID, add a request to your Site ID in order to be able to download the products.

me too, and can't start request call (this not working too on my other business PARTNER account!!!!)

let me know if you manage to solve the problem. I would be grateful for advice and how you solved it. Since April I can't download almost anything we pay for. Additionally, we have partner status (on another account) but it doesn't change anything.

Please refer the below article from Broadcom to resolve this problem and you should be able to download the appropriate software entitled for your account.

Since April, no chance to download anything, any update or license key.
 
I am seriously considering migrating the entire environment to another platform. Over half a year and no one is able to help and I had to get the fixes from friendly companies!!!!

someone? anyone? vmware - broadcom? Official support? moderators? Never ever vmware on new env. in my life/work etc.
