Try with another, with decent graphics, computer first and see if the graphics work there better ... (and then copy the working VM to your target computer and see how it runs)

... but instead of that or in addition ... (it depends how it goes)

1.
Windows 10 does not run with 2 GB

2.
80 GB is not enough for data AND the next Feature Upgrade. Start with somewhat bigger, because making it larger can be troublesome (you can always add new disks or extend other disks later for data).

I mean, this is just wrong, not crucial at THIS point.

3.
Why do you have Custom networking? Just use NAT so that you can get into Internet while installing (which is probably a requirement with Win10).

4.
Don't attach to USB ... just eliminate those worries in the beginning. Take them if you REALLY need them.

5.
I expect you to have some decent ISO file there for CD/DVD. Check that, if in doubt. It needs to be new enough in order to Upgrade it later.

Please update to the latest WS 17.6.4 and let us know if the issue still persists.

... adding to my post:

6.
Are you trying to create the VM to OneDrive? A bad idea.

Disable the Vulkan renderer if you are using it, I have a similar problem, and things are pointing to it.

Open the virtual machine file with a text editor (the .vmx file) and add the following line: mks.enableVulkanRenderer = "FALSE"
