Query Regarding vSAN Stretched Cluster Configuration(VCF license and associated software question)

Hi Team,

We would like to configure a vSAN stretched cluster across two sites.

Our question is as follows:

1. When using the VCF licensing bundle, is it mandatory to use the Cloud Builder VM and SDDC Manager?
2. Is the use of NSX-T also mandatory in this setup?

I am not sure which VCF version you're referring here, I would assume its VCF 5.x environment greenfield deployment that you're talking about and sharing details for the same, please revert if otherwise.
