proper way to update/upgrade powercli?

Hi people, I haven't found an answer yet.

I'm using powercli (can't find my version) but whats the proper way to upgrade to latest version. 

Have two scenarios:

a- totally offline

b- with internet access.

By the way the current download is  PowerCLI

There is an issue with the certificate that is used in the PowerCLI module.
The easiest solution is to fully remove your current version, and then install the modules from scratch.

After that install the new version.
