Hi everyone.
We have a customer who, after registering on the https://support.broadcom.com/ portal, is still unable to access their license information.
They can access My Entitlements and see their "Site ID" including the license description, but where the "badge" to access the license information should be, there is a "question mark".
Is anyone else having the same problem?
Please open a case with Broadcom support to resolve the customer's problem. Thank you!
