Hi all,

I'm encountering an issue while applying a CA-signed certificate to a new appliance.

Here's the situation:

  1. I generated a CSR and obtained a certificate based on this CSR.

  2. However, when I try to apply the certificate, I receive the following error:

    ERROR
*The certificate's Subject Alternative Name does not contain one of the following:

    • An IP address that matches the SRM host IP
    • A DNS name that matches the SRM host name
    • A Common Name field that matches the SRM host name.*
      Operation ID: ba92085f-0c02-4b8d-a745-8e6c97fd4be0

I verified the certificate and confirmed that it includes the proper hostname, SAN, and IP address.

  3. In another attempt, I received this error:

    ERROR
No CSR/PK generated before this call.
    Operation ID: 1717cbfe-7de6-4817-bffe-dacceb329f16
    Timestamp: 11/21/24, 4:05:25 AM -0800

This happened even though I generated the CSR directly from the appliance.

  4. I also tried using OpenSSL, but then I encountered an error about a private and public key mismatch.

Can anyone help shed some light on this?

Thanks!
