Is it possible to delete a vApp network without the need to stop/turnoff the vApp?

We would like to delete some vApp network (VLANS (vxlan)) that are not being used, not VMs are connected to this networks, but we would like to do it without stopping the vApp.

Is this possible?

I have done it be making changes on the vcloud db. I did this a few years ago with the help of VMware support, but it would not be supported.

I think one should be able to GET and PUT the networkSection of the vApp to remove (or add or reconfigure) networks within that vApp.
