I updated my 2017 iMac to Mac OS Ventura and lost my VMware as it's not compatible

As noted above, I updated to iMac (Retina 5K 27" 2017) OS Ventura and have VMware Fusion 13.6.1 installed, stupid move.

I did not check compatibility and now I cannot access any of my Windows as my VMware Fusion just tells me not compatible.

Is there a version of Fusion that is compatible with Mac OS Ventura that I can download? This is my business computer and all I have access to at the moment is email.

Thank you for your time.

Fusion 13.6.2 is the latest and is compatible with Ventura. 13.6.1 is also compatible with Ventura. Both are available from the Broadcom software download site.

What is the exact error message that is being shown by Fusion?

VMs created with older versions of Fusion should run on newer versions**. They may ask to upgrade the VM (i.e. upgrade the virtual hardware version) the first time the VM is powered on under a new Fusion version.

** Only when remaining on the same CPU architecture. VMs created on an Intel Mac won't run under an Apple Silicon Mac (M-series).
