Hello I have this issue while verifying my user profile to download VMware Workstation Pro (new update). It doesn't understand non-English characters, which also appear to be completely crippled.

I have registered my account way before VMware has been acquired by Broadcom, and I had to migrate my account. Well, something must have gone wrong in the migration process, because not only Broadcom doesn't support non-English alphabet (while VMware did), it somehow managed to completely mess up encoding. You see, VMware used UTF-8 encoding to save all of the user information, which not only supports all of the languages of the world, but also is a standard on the web. The migration process somehow interpreted those UTF-8 data as either ISO 8859-2 or Windows CP-1250 or worse, ANSI encoding, supporting only US localization, which in turn makes the non-English alphabets unsupported. Not only that, the site now requires me to use English alphabet only in the fields, but I can't edit my name to fix this issue. Can you please fix this issue? The surname should be "Polacek" (without the quotes of course). It's actually "Poláček" (with diacritics), but the site doesn't support that. I can't proceed further.
I don't know if diacritics are actually supported or not. What I know tho is that it doesn't support those special characters in there, which I didn't put there, this is a result from a wrong encoding used while migrating my old VMware account. Please fix this issue. I can't edit my name to fix this myself.
