I accidently locked me out of the upper level in Vphere

I was logged in as an administrator member of the Administrators on the upper level where you can add user and permissions i added the role VMoperator Controller Manager to this object and now I can't do anything anymore on the upper level . I don't have another user configured yet. How can I correct this situation

If you have access to the physical ESXi host (or through the ESXi web interface), you can try to manage user roles directly through the host.

Where are you trying to login? vCenter Server UI or ESXi HTML5 UI?
